In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and Fashionably Safe,LLC which cannot be resolved by negotiation, and in the event the buyer undertakes to sue Fashionably Safe,LLC in a court of law, then it is hearby stipulated that venue for any such action shall be only in Bell County, in the State of Texas.
